I was born in Asahikawa and grew up moving around Hokkaido, always surrounded by its wide skies and changing seasons.
My time living in Canada deepened my love for being in nature—moving, playing, and simply being outdoors.
When I returned to Japan, I chose to live in Furano.
The pace of life felt right for me, and the snow here is truly exceptional.
Today, I’m grateful to be part of a warm community of guides, lodge owners, and local friends.
I hope guests connect not only with the nature of Hokkaido, but also with the people who make this place special.
If you’d like to explore other regions or meet guides across Hokkaido, I’m always happy to help you connect.
